today by being humble in our actions and our thoughts, and by treating everyone as our brothers and sisters.
Becoming a GurSikh naturally means a lot more than these three points. But if we all can take on these teachings and encourage others around us to adopt the same principles in their lives, we will be on our way to a better society.
This month we start our serialised translation with explanation of Chaupa-ee Sahib, we hope this will shed some light on the meaning of this Bayntee written by our tenth master Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
We also have an article about Bhagat Kabir Ji, who is one of the saints from other faiths, whose writings are included in Guru Granth Sahib.
Finally this month we feature an important project which was initiated by the British Punjabi Professional Service. A campaign to encourage the media (TV and Radio) to feature more Punjabi language content. Do contact them to participate in this important campaign. Address in on the back page.
